We are looking for a CA / MBA in Finance to join our team as a Finance Manager.
Please note: We are specifically looking for a Finance Manager — not an Accounts Manager. The role will focus on managing the company’s overall financial planning, cash flow, fund management, working capital, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor overall cash inflows and outflows
Prepare and manage cash flow and fund planning
Monitor and optimize working capital
Manage and monitor inventory and stock reconciliation
Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management
Monitor fund utilization and financial requirements
Prepare MIS and financial reports for management
Establish and maintain effective financial controls
Take complete responsibilities of the company’s finance function
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: CA / MBA in Finance
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Robust understanding of cash flow, working capital, financial planning, and inventory management
Robust analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills
Ability to independently manage the company’s finance function
