Role & Responsibilities
Monitoring the given check points as per given QC check sheet.
Conduct regular line inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor and control quality parameters as per specified standards and specifications.
Identify, document, and control non-conformities at every stage of the production process.
Basic knowledge of 7 QC tools.
Identifying and controlling the non-conformance at every stage.
Review and troubleshoot SPC (Statistical Process Control) data and take necessary corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Provide inputs and suggestions for continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Inspection / Quality Control.
Qualification: BE (EEE, ECE) or Diploma (EEE, ECE) with relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS); knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferred.
Valuable observation, documentation, and communication skills.
Solid attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Basic knowledge of 7 QC Tools and SPC will be an added advantage.
