Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and certified Pro-Fee Coding Specialists with a minimum of 4 years of Pro-Fee coding experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in one or more of the required specialties and strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, CPT, and modifier guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Review and accurately assign appropriate codes for professional fee services.
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and client requirements.
Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, CPT, and modifier codes.
Review medical records and clinical documentation for coding accuracy and completeness.
Maintain productivity and quality standards as per organizational requirements.
Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines and industry standards.
Resolve coding-related queries and coordinate with internal teams when required.

Required Experience





Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of Pro-Fee coding experience in one or more of the following specialties:
Bariatric Surgery | Obesity Medicine | Breast Surgery | OB/GYN | Urogynecology | Cardiology | Cardiovascular Surgery | Vascular Surgery | Endocrinology | Family Medicine | Internal Medicine | Primary Care | Gastroenterology | General Surgery | Hematology | Medical Oncology | Neurology | Neurosurgery | Orthopedic Surgery | Pain Management | Physical Therapy | Podiatric Surgery | Pulmonary Disease | Rheumatology | Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery | Urology.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of Pro-Fee coding experience.
Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, CPT, and modifiers.
Active AHIMA/AAPC certification(s) is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding guidelines.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Candidates must be ready to work from the office.
