About the Role

International Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT), Bhopal is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have robust content creation skills, be proficient in video editing, and have a good understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Plan, schedule, and manage daily social media posts and campaigns.
Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality videos and reels.
Design creative graphics, promotional posts, and marketing materials.
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to create content for events, workshops, admissions, and institute activities.
Stay updated with social media trends and implement new content ideas.
Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.

Required Skills
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut,



DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
Ability to manage multiple social media platforms effectively.
Basic knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing.
Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
Freshers with a strong portfolio of social media content and video editing work are encouraged to apply.
