Job Summary
The Senior Administrator for Support & Operations plays a critical role in providing advanced technical support within the Azure Security domain. This position focuses on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and security posture. The role is vital in ensuring efficient incident management and fostering continuous improvement within the support team.
Key Responsibilities

Must have implementation experience in PKI / certificate management / HSM

Must have deployed and supported PKI / Certificate management / HSM solution in on-prem & cloud.

Must have knowledge for planning security tool migration from data center to cloud solution.

Must have designed security solution and capable to prepare HLD (high level design) and LLD (low level design) for current requirements.

Must provide solution / support due diligence for current customer, existing customer requirement





Must provide technical support for the team & projects during escalation.
