- Program and operate CMM machines to perform exact dimensional inspections.
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; to set up measurement routines.
Analyze and document measurement data to ensure components meet specifications.
Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to address non-conformances.
Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes.
Train and mentor junior staff on CMM operations and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:
DME / BE - Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.




Minimum of 4 years of experience operating and programming CMM machines.
Robust understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Experience with CMM software such as GEISS,PC-DMIS or Calypso.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication and team collaboration skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
