We are looking for a agile and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, with a good understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce digital marketing services.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions.
Convert leads into sales by following up and building strong relationships.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and track all communications.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure proper delivery of services.
Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.
Required Skills:
1–2 years of telesales/telemarketing experience,
preferably in digital marketing or related services.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and [local language if applicable].
Robust understanding of digital marketing basics (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.).
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, and other reporting platforms.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in selling digital marketing services.
Basic knowledge of online tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
