Eyeglobal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Business Development Managers who can generate new client engagements and recruitment mandates across industries.
Role Responsibilities
Acquire new clients requiring recruitment, staffing, and executive search services.
Generate hiring mandates for permanent, contract, leadership, and project-based recruitment.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and business decision-makers.
Identify recent business opportunities across enterprise, mid-market, and high-growth organizations.
Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure successful execution of client requirements.
The communication should be excellent.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
