Explain loan features, terms, and repayment details in a easy and transparent manner.
Stay updated on loan products and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
Follow all company policies and financial regulations while handling customer applications.
Have prior experience in telecalling, voice process, sales & business development.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
