Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MIS Manager to oversee the organization's Management Information Systems, ensure data accuracy, and deliver timely reports that support business decisions. The candidate will manage MIS operations, databases, reporting systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize MIS operations, reporting systems, and databases.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and timely reporting across departments.
Develop and maintain operational databases for production, inventory, sales, and financial data.
Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for management.
Analyze business data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Prepare dashboards and KPI reports to monitor business performance.
Coordinate with production, finance, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth data flow.
Monitor MIS performance, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend process improvements.
LeadMIS-related projects, system upgrades, and ERP implementation activities.
Establish and enforce data management policies, governance, and compliance standards.




Provide training and technical support to users on MIS tools and reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in MIS management, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Solid experience in database management, MIS reporting, and business analytics.
Experience working with ERP systems such as ERP9, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas).
Robust knowledge of SQL and database management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience in preparing management dashboards and KPI reports.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of data governance, data security, and privacy regulations is an added advantage

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
