Responsibilities
Supervise CNC machining operations (including milling, drilling, grinding, etc.), offering hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for complex machine issues, program modifications, and setup procedures to reduce downtime.
Develop and strengthen capable vendors who can meet our quality expectations in a cost-effective manner.
Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
Extensive background in manufacturing operations with solid expertise in CNC machining
Vendor development for aluminium die casting
Catering to the stringent quality standards of the automotive, rail, and aerospace sectors
Must possess a transparent understanding of ISO and IATF requirements
Technical Skills
Preferably knowledgeable in aluminium die casting processes
Solid proficiency in CNC programming and operations
Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software
Sound understanding of quality systems such as Six Sigma
