The Restaurant Guest Relations Executive is responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, handling customer enquiries and feedback, and maintaining solid relationships with guests. The role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Duty Time: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Assist guests with seating and provide information about the restaurant and menu.
Attend to guest requirements throughout their dining experience.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with the service, kitchen, and management teams to resolve guest concerns.
Follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
Maintain good relationships with regular and VIP customers.
Assist with reservations, special occasions, and group bookings.
Promote special offers, combos, and restaurant promotions when appropriate.
Collect and record guest feedback and report important issues to management.




Monitor the overall guest experience and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain a professional appearance, grooming, and communication at all times.
