Making outbound calls to customers and leads.
Following up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Coordinating with the sales team for customer requirements.
Maintaining customer records and updating CRM data.
Handling customer queries and ensuring timely responses.
Assisting in achieving sales targets through regular follow-ups.
