Job Summary:
VK Allure Derma Clinic is looking for a dedicated and professional Skin Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare services, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring an excellent client experience while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client consultations and assess skin concerns to provide appropriate guidance
Deliver skincare services in accordance with clinic protocols and quality standards
Assist doctors and senior professionals during procedures when required
Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards within the clinic
Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment and work areas
Educate clients on general skincare practices and post-service care
Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
Support front desk coordination, appointment scheduling, and client flow when needed
Uphold the clinic’s brand image through professional conduct and presentation
Requirements:
Diploma or Certification in Cosmetology / Skin Therapy or related field
Prior experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of skincare principles and client handling
High level of professionalism, hygiene awareness, and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
