We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Handle employee joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
Assist in payroll and salary-related activities.
Handle employee queries and support employee relations.
Required Skills

Valuable knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. An MBA/PG in HR is an added advantage.
