Lead Management
Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Qualify leads and understand client requirements.
Schedule appointments and meetings for senior consultants or partners.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients until closure.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Respond to client queries professionally and promptly.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collect client feedback and escalate issues when required.
Sales Support
Assist the business development team in achieving monthly targets.
Explain the firm's services to prospective clients.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients.

Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service information.
CRM & Documentation
Update all client interactions in the CRM.
Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Track lead status and conversion ratios.
Coordination

*Coordinate with Accounts, GST, Audit, ROC,



and Compliance teams for client requirements.
Ensure timely communication between clients and internal departments.
Follow up on pending documents and approvals.

Key Skills
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred)
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Positive telephone etiquette
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software
Ability to convince and negotiate professionally
Good time management and organizational skills
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach

Qualification

*Minimum 12th
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Experience in lead generation and appointment scheduling.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
