Job Summary

We are hiring experienced non-voice / semi-voice support executives to join our customer support team at Gopalan, Bangalore. Candidates should have strong communication skills, good typing proficiency, and prior experience in a non-voice process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat, email, and other non-voice channels.
Resolve customer issues accurately and within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.




Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a non-voice process.
Language: Good English + Any One Regional Language.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Valuable typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Salary

CTC: ₹23,000 per month
Take Home: ₹22,500 per month
