Gemcult is a premium fine-jewelry and lab-grown-diamond (LGD) brand selling engagement rings and fine jewelry to the US market, built on independently certified (GIA / GCAL) super-precision-cut diamonds. We're launching now — and looking for one owner to drive the entire D2C ecommerce and growth engine.

Gemcult is backed by an established gem & jewelry manufacturer-exporter, combining startup ownership with the stability and supply chain of a responsible operator.

This is a builder-operator role, not an agency-management seat. You'll own the revenue number and build our acquisition channels hands-on — including a first-of-its-kind India-to-US live commerce operation across Facebook Live, eBay Live, Instagram, and TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities
Own the US D2C revenue number, P&L;, and unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin, AOV, repeat rate)
Drive performance marketing / paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and social; manage the SEO agency to outcomes
Build and run the live commerce channel end-to-end — stream calendar, live merchandising, and host team — from zero
Own Shopify site conversion (CRO) and lifecycle / CRM / retention marketing (email, SMS)




Build and coach a lean, high-performing growth marketing team

Requirements
5–8 years in D2C / ecommerce growth or performance marketing, with a revenue line you've personally owned
Hands-on across paid media + CRM + CRO — not just managing agencies or dashboards
Robust command of CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin, and payback; data-fluent (GA4, dashboards)
Comfort selling high-AOV, considered purchases (jewelry / luxury / diamonds a plus)
Live commerce, livestream selling, and/or US-market experience a robust plus
Shopify ecosystem experience preferred
