Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical preferred)

Responsibilities
Execute erection, testing, and commissioning of EHV equipment up to 400KV (LA, CVT, CT, PT, Isolator, CB, Transformers, PLCC, HT/LT Panels, Battery systems).
Interface with clients, consultants, PMC, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution.
Manage site manpower, progress tracking, and reporting to management.
Coordinate material procurement, inventory control, and backend design/accounts/billing.
Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Drive team development and operational excellence initiatives (TPM, 5S, Kaizen).

Required Skills
Robust experience in EHV/HV/MV substation and transmission line projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience in EHV project execution and site management.
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and government bodies.
Quality and safety-focused with solid execution capability.
