Required Technical Skills
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI Model, VLANs, STP, Routing, Switching, NAT, ACLs, and VPN.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Ruckus, Juniper, Fortinet, or Palo Alto devices.
Experience with firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration.
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration.
VMware/Hyper-V virtualization.
Backup solutions (Veeam, Veritas, Acronis, etc.).
Network monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or Nagios.
Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or ManageEngine.
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash) is an advantage.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Networking.
Relevant certifications are preferred:
CCNA / CCNP
Microsoft Certified
Fortinet NSE
VMware VCP
ITIL Foundation
