POSITION – Safety Trainer

QUALIFICATION – BE / BTech

LOCATION – Gujarat

PREFERRED CANDIDATES:
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in safety
At least 1 Years experience in Iron & Steel Industry
Must have Knowledge in BBS/ Safety Training.
Passion towards training topics

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety Trainer is responsible for providing safety training for employees, contractors, and others who are visiting the Iron & Steel plant.
Prepare and deliver training modules based on job-specific hazards and operational requirements. Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings at the worksite.
Maintain training records, attendance sheets, competency assessments, and certification records.
Monitor worker compliance with secure work procedures and provide on-the-job coaching.
Coordinate with site supervisors and HSE teams to identify recurring unsafe practices and provide corrective training.
Prepare weekly/monthly training reports and analyse training effectiveness.
