Role & responsibilities
Provide tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships and/or corporations for a variety of clients from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses
Manage a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Manage, counsel and train teams of tax specialists and assistants working on client projects
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality tax service and guidance, tax compliance process and technology design
Keep up to date on current tax practices, current technologies and tools used in client service delivery and participate in technology or process development initiatives
Participate in business development opportunities and additional compliance pursuits
Manage risk and financial performance of engagements which may include project budgets, resource planning, status and financial metrics





Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors Degree in accounting or MBA finance from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting, Taxation or Finance. EA/CPA certification required
Minimum 7 years of relevant tax compliance experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm
Experience with taxation of relevant service lines. i.e. partnerships, corporations, consolidations and ASC 740
Demonstrated quality service mindset, robust technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and experience with MS Office applications and third-party tax reporting software programs
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to articulate complex information
