Job Title: Accounts Receivable

Education CA Qualified

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and verify customer invoices as per company policies.

• Record and allocate customer payments accurately in the accounting

system.

• Monitor customer outstanding balances and ageing reports.

• Follow up with customers for timely payment collection.

• Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies by coordinating with

internal departments.

• Perform customer account reconciliations regularly.

• Prepare AR ageing, collection, and outstanding MIS reports.

• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal control

procedures.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to

receivables.
