Job Summary

Role: Senior Consultant - SAP Field Service Management (FSM). Experience: 5 to 8 Years. Location: India (Delhi/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai/ Noida/Pune).

Responsibilities
Planning Dispatching Optimization: Optimize dispatcher views, partitioning, spatial query scopes, and data syncing to improve UI performance and reduce loading times for high-volume resource scheduling.
Forms Attachment Optimization: Re-architect Smartform templates, attachment sync triggers, and payload sizes. Implement async attachment transfer strategies and image compression guidelines.
Workflows Cloud Rules: Audit existing FSM Business Rules, Cloud Functions, and Webhooks. Eliminate recursive execution loops, redundant API calls, and inefficient FQL (FSM Query Language) statements.
Data Sizing Retention Strategy: Establish data retention policies, archiving routines, and sync filters for historical Service Calls, Activities, and execution logs to control database size and sync payload volume.

Requirements




Experience: 5+ years in SAP Field Service Management (formerly Coresystems) technical architecture and administration.
FSM Engine Knowledge: Expertise in FSM Query Language (FQL), Webhooks, Cloud Business Rules, and Smartform design/runtime execution.
Performance Tuning: Hands-on experience troubleshooting FSM mobile client sync issues, payload bloat, and Planning Board render latency.
Integration Understanding: Transparent comprehension of FSM DTOs (Data Transfer Objects), REST APIs, and how FSM object lifecycle changes trigger outbound Proaxia IDocs.
