We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Capability Manager with extensive expertise in sales capability building, learning & development, training strategy, and performance enhancement. The role involves designing and implementing training interventions, creating competency frameworks, driving learning effectiveness, and collaborating with business stakeholders to improve sales productivity and organizational performance.

Role & responsibilities :

Learning & Capability Development
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Need Identification (TNI) to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate interventions.
Create and deliver classroom, virtual, digital, and on-the-job training programs.
Develop onboarding, orientation, and continuous learning programs for recent and existing employees.
Drive capability-building initiatives for sales executives, frontline staff, managers, and channel partners.





Training Content & Program Management
Develop training materials including product manuals, ready reckoners, one-pagers, learning nuggets, product updates, and knowledge repositories.
Design learning content supporting product launches, process updates, compliance requirements, and sales excellence initiatives.
Maintain and enhance learning systems and digital learning platforms for effective training delivery.

Performance Improvement & Coaching
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, evaluations, and business performance metrics.
Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions for sales teams and managers.
Design intervention plans for low-performing employees and teams.
Facilitate targeted capability enhancement programs based on market insights and performance analysis.

Stakeholder Management
Partner with business leaders, sales heads, product teams, regional managers, and HR teams to identify learning
