Dr. Ramya Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Physiotherapist to join our team and provide physiotherapy services to patients at their residence.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide exercise therapy, mobility training, strengthening and functional rehabilitation.
Provide physiotherapy care at patients' residences.
Assist with gait training, balance training, transfers and functional activities.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment programs as required.
Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, positioning and mobility.
Maintain proper patient treatment records.
Communicate regularly with the clinic regarding patient progress.
Maintain skilled behaviour and patient confidentiality.
Requirements
BPT / BPTh from a recognized institution.
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience can apply.
Driving skills are mandatory.
Valid driving licence is mandatory.
Candidate should be comfortable travelling to patients' residences for physiotherapy sessions.
Good clinical knowledge and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient and responsible attitude.
Ability to work independently in a home-care/residential setting.
Candidates with experience in geriatric, orthopaedic or neurological rehabilitation will be preferred.
