Roles And Responsibilities
Daily Production Planning and Monitoring Target Wise Production Achievement.
Ensuring Product Quality as Per Standard.
Meeting Delivery Schedule as per Sales Department Schedule.
Production Raw Materials Requisition Monitoring to ensure smooth Production.
Work closely with planning, Quality, Maintenance, Store and Delivery teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Minimize downtime and wastage.
Product development and innovation to decrease the cost of production.
Process development to increase efficiency in production.
Monitor raw material consumption and inventory.
Record downtime, rejects, machine performance and production reports.
Ensuring Necessary Training of Production Manpower to enhance skill.

Master of Science (MSc)
