Role & responsibilities:
Inter departmental coordination, drawing checking, quantity estimation, tendering, client handling.
Report preparation, coordination with contractors and vendors.
Monitor and control movement of supervisory staff.
Execute the work as per specification and design.
Assist in Preparation of BOQ; maintain safety measures on site.
Ensure fulfillment of all quality measures as specified in the Quality Manual.
Checking various bills of contractors. Monitoring progress as per target and inform the same to seniors.
Day to day interaction with client and contractors
Experience Required:
Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role,
Require prior experience in NDT Testing in RCC and Steel,
Require minimum 5+ years prior experience in Structural audit (Steel/RCC),
Visual Inspection and Reporting.
Should have worked on existing constructions
