Key Responsibilities
Attend customer service requests and provide in office technical support.
Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair LED TVs and Washing Machines.
Diagnose product faults and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Provide telephonic assistance to customers for basic troubleshooting.
Perform preventive maintenance and product health checks.
Ensure timely closure of service calls within defined service standards.
Coordinate with spare parts, logistics, and service teams for issue resolution.
Maintain accurate service reports, job sheets, and customer records.
Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the concerned department.
Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and safety practices.
Ensure compliance with company service processes and quality standards.
Support warranty and out-of-warranty service operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
