Key Account Manager – Channel Partner (Real Estate)
Job Description
Build and manage strong relationships with existing and recent real estate channel partners and brokers.
Regularly visit channel partners to strengthen relationships and expand the partner network.
Generate quality leads and customer referrals through channel partner networks.
Drive customer acquisition through effective channel sales strategies.
Ensure the quality of leads generated by partners.
Coordinate with channel partners to generate customer site visits and experience centre visits.
Follow up on partner-generated leads and ensure timely action on customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for smooth lead handling and conversion.
Maintain regular communication with brokers and channel partners.
Provide professional service and support to channel partners to encourage repeat business.
Identify recent broker networks and potential channel partners for business expansion.
Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, leads, referrals,



and conversions.
Represent the company's brand professionally during all partner and customer interactions.
Achieve assigned lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory.
Strong understanding of broker networks and real estate market dynamics.
Experience in channel sales, field sales, or real estate sales.
Solid relationship-building and customer acquisition skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good sales and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Comfortable working in a field-based role with flexible working hours.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Regional language proficiency is preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
