Role & responsibilities
Partner with business leaders on priorities, people matters, and HR initiatives.
Drive core HRBP processes, including PMS, goal setting, ratings, PIP, and employee engagement.
Lead HR projects and stakeholder initiatives independently.
Use data, Excel, and AI tools to drive effective HR decisions.
Stay updated on emerging HR practices and technologies.
Preferred candidate profile
Solid hands-on HRBP and PMS exposure.
Positive understanding of performance management and PIP processes.
Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
Data-driven, proactive, execution-focused, and innovative.
