Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer – Concept & Presales to lead concept development and client presentations for commercial interior projects. The role requires solid creative thinking, presentation skills, client interaction, and the ability to translate concepts into execution-ready design intent.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative and functional interior concepts based on client requirements and site context.
Prepare mood boards, zoning layouts, material palettes, design presentations and PPTs.
Present and explain design concepts directly to clients and senior stakeholders.
Ensure design selections align with project budgets and timelines.
Develop concept packages and coordinate with the execution/project team for smooth handover.
Guide junior designers and visualization teams and ensure quality of deliverables.
Drive timely concept closure, ideally within 10–15 days.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
5–10 years of experience in commercial interior design / fit-out projects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept and schematic design.
Excellent PowerPoint/presentation and client-facing skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit and Adobe Suite.
Robust understanding of materials, finishes, space planning and budget-conscious design.
Ability to independently lead concepts from brief to client sign-off.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
