About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Finance Executive to support our HR and Finance functions. This role is ideal for a fresher who has a valuable understanding of basic HR processes, finance/accounts, and is comfortable working with MS Excel.

The candidate will work closely with management and support day-to-day employee-related activities as well as basic finance and administrative operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.
Assist with employee onboarding, documentation and maintaining employee records.
Maintain attendance, leave and employee databases.
Support payroll-related activities and ensure employee information is updated accurately.
Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS and employee-related documents.
Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR coordination.
Support HR policies,



processes and documentation.
Assist with employee engagement activities and general HR administration.

Finance & Accounts Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
Maintain and update invoices, bills, expenses and payment records.
Assist in tracking company expenses and reimbursements.
Support accounts payable/receivable activities.
Assist in bank reconciliation, expense reconciliation and maintaining financial records.
Prepare basic finance MIS and Excel reports.
Coordinate with vendors for invoices, payments and documentation.
Support the finance team during monthly and annual closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

General & Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records and documentation across HR and Finance.
Prepare reports and presentations as required.
