Minimum 3 years of experience required
Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models
Qualification
15 years full time education
Responsibilities
Fine-tune Large Language Models for specific contexts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve model relevance and performance
Analyze model outputs and iterate on training processes
Implement strategies to improve effectiveness in real-world scenarios
Work with stakeholders to refine model performance
Additional Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members
Continuously evaluate and integrate feedback from stakeholders
