We are looking for a Go-Getter Logistics Sales Executive with a proven track record in business development and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, the ability to acquire current clients, and a hunger to grow with the organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who has consistently delivered 20–30 lakh or more in monthly revenue and has an established client network across Pune, Mumbai, and Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain services.
* Acquire recent clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market visits.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Develop and manage a solid sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable business deals.
* Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
* Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
* Travel as required for client meetings and business development.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience* in Logistics Sales, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or Supply Chain Sales.
Proven record of generating 20–30 lakh+ monthly revenue*.
Strong existing client base or business network across Pune, Mumbai, and Gujarat*.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven with a Go-Getter mindset*.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
* Ready to travel for business development activities.
* Committed to long-term career growth within the organisation.
