Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through a combination of manual and automated testing. The role is responsible for developing test strategies, designing automation frameworks, executing test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases. The successful candidate will drive testing best practices, improve automation coverage, and support continuous delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, system specifications, and technical documentation to develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing.
Create and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress,



or similar automation frameworks.
Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, interface, and end-to-end testing.
Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Collaborate with Development, Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure complete test coverage and software quality.
Analyze test results, log and track defects, validate bug fixes, and perform regression testing.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
Continuously improve test automation frameworks, testing processes, and overall QA practices.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices across the team.
Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards, testing processes, and delivery timelines.
