Core Responsibilities
Act as a strategic business–IT partner, Robust stakeholder management.
Understand, capture, qualify, and prioritize business requirements, IT demands, and transformation initiatives.
Drive SAP SD, MM, and PP initiatives across manufacturing business processes.
Identify prospects for process optimization, standardization, automation, and digital transformation.
Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure business requirements are aligned with global IT standards and governance.
Support and optimize key end-to-end processes including Lead-to-Order (L2O), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Plan-to-Produce.
Establish effective demand management and project prioritization practices.
Support SAP transformation, implementation, rollout, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.
