Demo Specialist – Student Engagement & Conversion
Job Description
Represent NIAT as the face of the organization while conducting student demos across schools and educational institutions.
Deliver high-impact presentations to Class XII students that capture attention and build curiosity.
Clearly explain NIAT's value proposition and technology career opportunities to students.
Address student questions, concerns, and objections confidently during demos.
Inspire students to take the next step and apply for NAT.
Convert student interest generated through demos into NAT applications.
Follow up with high-intent students and work towards assigned application targets.
Build rapport with Class XII students and understand their aspirations and career interests.
Create awareness about technology careers and guide interested students towards suitable prospects.
Conduct demos assigned by the Relationship Manager professionally, on time, and according to NIAT standards.
Execute approved BTL activities, career-awareness campaigns,
and student engagement programs.
Conduct activities across schools, colleges, JEE centres, and other relevant student touchpoints.
Support NIAT's on-ground branding and awareness initiatives.
Represent NIAT professionally while interacting with students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate CRM updates and activity reports covering demos, attendance, NAT applications, entrance exams, and BTL activities.
Participate in mock demos, coaching, audits, and feedback sessions.
Continuously improve presentation quality, student engagement, communication, and conversion effectiveness.

Achieve assigned NAT application targets and improve Demo-to-NAT conversion.
