Summary:
The Delivery Excellence Analyst supports end-to-end quality and delivery health across IT services projects by driving quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across projects. This role takes ownership of delivery frameworks, data-driven performance management, and the strategic integration of AI tooling to elevate overall delivery capability

Job Description
Experience:
7 to 10 years in IT services industry with process quality assurance or delivery excellence

SDLC Expertise:
Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies; able to guide teams on process selection

Tooling:
Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Power BI, Confluence, and AI-assisted analytics platforms





Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to interpret complex project data, apply statistical techniques, and deliver actionable insights

Communication:
Excellent written and verbal skills; experienced presenting to executives and senior stakeholders

Leadership:
Assertive, sound judgement, able to influence without authority and drive change across delivery teams

AI Fluency:
Demonstrated experience applying AI tools in a delivery or professional services workplace

Soft Skills:
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Robust ownership and collaboration mindset
