About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Associate – MIS & Financial Reporting to join our consulting team. The candidate will work closely with Consultants and support 2–4 client engagements, handling MIS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

This is a hands-on role with an opportunity to work directly on client assignments and develop strong skills in financial reporting, business analysis and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly MIS reports, including Revenue Analysis, P&L;, Balance Sheet and Working Capital statements.
Collect, compile and validate financial and operational data from client systems.
Prepare and maintain financial trackers, databases and reporting schedules.
Assist in preparing annual budgets, operating plans and cash flow forecasts.
Analyse actual vs.



budget performance and highlight key variances and risks.
Support costing, pricing analysis and project cash flow workings.
Participate in client and management discussions along with the Consultant.
Support fundraising and sell-side due diligence assignments, including data room preparation and information requests.
Assist in preparing schedules and documentation required for annual audits.
Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely submission of all financial reports.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups and Reconciliations.
Good understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Working Capital.
Basic understanding of financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand business data and identify significant financial ins
