Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to independently handle day-to-day accounting activities for our manufacturing factory.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accounts in Tally Prime
Purchase and sales entries
GST invoicing and GST reconciliation
GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B coordination
TDS accounting and basic compliance
Bank reconciliation
Debtors and creditors management
Raw-material and finished-goods inventory accounting
Vendor payments and purchase records
Petty cash and factory expenses
Payroll/wages accounting
Coordinate with the company’s CA for statutory filings
Prepare basic MIS and Excel reports
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills and vouchers

Requirements
preferred
2–5 years of relevant experience




Manufacturing/factory experience strongly preferred
Positive knowledge of Tally Prime
Practical knowledge of GST and TDS
Valuable Excel skills
Knowledge of inventory accounting
Ability to independently maintain day-to-day books
Candidates from Howrah, Andul, Domjur, Sankrail, Bally or nearby areas preferred

Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 depending on experience and skill level.
