Project Manager IT (SAP)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee SAP implementation and IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Lead SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and departments.
Ensure effective communication with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
Collaborate with resource managers to identify and address resource constraints.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Proactively resolve issues impacting project timelines and deliverables.
Facilitate user training,



change management, and communication activities.
Drive adherence to project management best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills Experience
8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
Proven experience managing SAP implementation and transformation projects.
Robust understanding of SAP modules and integration with business processes.
Experience in SAP Rollout, Migration, Upgrade, or Support Projects.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Solid client handling, coordination, documentation, and business analysis capabilities.
PMP certification will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
