About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Trainer to lead, educate, and empower our clinical team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting hands-on training and upskilling healthcare professionals across various centers in and around Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive clinical and practical training to the entire clinical team.
Travel locally across facilities in and around Hyderabad to conduct training sessions and quality audits.
Ensure team compliance with standard operating procedures, medical protocols, and aesthetic safety guidelines.
Monitor trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct periodic refresher courses.
Collaborate with corporate leaders to update training modules according to industry advancements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Educational background or hands-on experience in Aesthetics (Cosmetology, or related clinical background).
Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly within Hyderabad.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
