Requirement Summary

Seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design and implementation of a Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution integrated with Microsoft PKI/ADCS.

Solid expertise in ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping) and experience with Certificate Management, PKI, or ADCS integrations are essential. The architect will own solution design, implementation governance, stakeholder engagement, and AMS knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and solution design for ServiceNow Certificate Lifecycle Management.
Design certificate discovery, inventory, tracking, and ownership processes.
Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft ADCS and enterprise PKI platforms.
Define and implement certificate request, issuance, renewal, revocation,



and expiryworkflows.
Establish certificate-to-CMDB relationships and ownership models.
Drive CMDB governance, data quality, reconciliation, and operational standards.
Design dashboards, reporting, monitoring, and proactive certificate expiry notifications.
Conduct workshops with Security, IAM, Infrastructure, Cloud, and DevSecOps teams.
Define support processes, governance models, and technical documentation.
Provide implementation guidance and knowledge transfer to AMS/support teams.
