Has experience in Accounts Payable / Billing / Commercial Administration.
Can handle the complete invoice process checking invoices, POs, contracts, approvals and payment status.
Understands contracts and commercial terms, not just accounting entries.
Has worked with SAP for AP-related transactions.
Can use Excel at a basic working level.
Can reconcile vendor statements and resolve mismatches.
Is comfortable maintaining trackers/dashboards in SharePoint.
Can communicate confidently with Australian stakeholders in English.
Can follow SOPs, controls, compliance and audit requirements.
