Role Overview
Department: Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Reporting To: Head of CRM / Sales Director
Location: Site Office
Key Responsibilities
Guest Hospitality & Front Office Management
Greet prospective buyers, channel partners, and VIP visitors with high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
Oversee site reception operations, visitor logging, and the overall presentation of the project sales gallery or experience center.
Coordinate guided property tours, sample apartment viewings, and site visits alongside the sales team.
Client Coordination & Sales Support
Schedule and confirm appointments between clients, sales executives, and CRM teams.
Assist prospective and existing clients with initial documentation, application paperwork, and feedback collection (comment cards/surveys).
Bridge communication gaps between walk-in visitors and internal technical or sales departments.
Relationship Management & Escalations
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, special requests,
and initial feedback regarding the property.
De-escalate complaints politely and coordinate with management or the CRM execution team for quick resolution.
Foster long-term rapport with high-net-worth clients, channel partners, and existing residents.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in guest relations, front office management, or customer service—ideally within luxury real estate or premium hospitality.
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant and welcoming personality with solid interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Sound problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills under pressure.
