Job Summary

The Sales Assistant will support the Sales & Marketing team in promoting the hotel’s rooms, restaurants, banquet facilities, events, and other hospitality services. The role involves assisting with client communication, sales coordination, documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining solid relationships with existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales team in generating recent business opportunities and leads.
Handle inquiries from corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and other potential customers.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
Assist in coordinating hotel visits, client meetings, property inspections, and events.
Maintain updated records of clients, leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.




Coordinate with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Assist in promoting hotel rooms, banquet packages, restaurants, conferences, weddings, and other facilities.
Maintain qualified relationships with existing clients and assist in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Attend sales calls, meetings, exhibitions, promotional activities, and networking events when required.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports as required.
Perform other sales and administrative duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
