Key Responsibilities
B2B Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research target companies across the US and European markets.
Build highly targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, technology stack, business requirements, and buying signals.
Identify key decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, Product Heads, and Technology Leaders.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, databases, referrals, and other outbound channels.
Run structured and personalized outbound campaigns.
IT Services & Solution Selling
Understand the company's technology services and solution portfolio.
Identify technology/business pain points during initial prospect conversations.
Position relevant services based on the prospect's requirements rather than simply pitching generic services.
Generate interest around areas such as:
Custom Software Development
Web & Mobile Application Development




AI/ML & Generative AI Solutions
SaaS Product Development
Dedicated Development Teams
Cloud & Digital Transformation
Application Modernization
Data & Analytics
UI/UX & Product Engineering
Understand high-level technology requirements and effectively communicate them to the technical/business development team for further qualification.
Lead Qualification
Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospects.
Understand the prospect's:
Business requirement
Technology requirement
Current challenges
Project scope
Budget expectations
Decision-making process
Expected timeline
Qualify leads based on defined sales qualification criteria.
Ensure only relevant and meaningful prospects are passed to the sales team.
Meeting & Chance Generation
Schedule qualified discovery meetings with prospects.
