Academic Operations & Student Lifecycle Management
Maintain and update student information accurately across relevant academic and institutional portals.
Manage student data related to course, programme, and campus changes.
Process and issue academic transcripts, bonafide certificates, NOCs, and other student-related documents.
Maintain data and support administrative processes related to supplementary examinations, including eligibility, scheduling, and records.
Support international students with WES documentation, verification, and related processes.
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of academic records and documentation.

Student Services & Support
Respond to student enquiries through email, calls, and other communication channels in a timely and skilled manner.
Provide guidance to students on academic processes, documentation, and institutional procedures.
Coordinate and process student refunds, withdrawals, and transfers in collaboration with relevant teams.
Act as a key point of contact for students,



ensuring a positive and productive service experience.

Admissions & Examination Support
Manage registrations and data entry for current students on the admissions portal.
Support the administration and coordination of entrance examinations.
Coordinate with examiners and ensure examination marks are accurately populated and shared with the Admissions team.
Maintain accurate records related to admissions and examination activities.

Financial & Administrative Processing
Process and coordinate visiting faculty invoices in accordance with institutional processes.
Support student fee collection and ensure accurate recording and processing of fee-related transactions.
Coordinate with Finance and other internal stakeholders on financial and administrative requirements.

Library Resource Management
Organize, catalogue, classify, and maintain books, journals, digital content, and electronic resources.
