Travel & Tourism course/qualification is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge or interest in domestic and international travel destinations.
Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
Assist in preparing customized travel itineraries.
Provide information about flights, hotels, visas, travel insurance, and holiday packages.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners for bookings.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build robust customer relationships.
